RAF IDPA Match - April 11, 2005
 

Match Procedure: Two shooters will shoot the match at once. First, both of you will shoot stages 1 and 2. You will then reload your magazines and shoot stages 3 and 4. Please read the supplied course descriptions. If you have any questions, please ask the Safety Officer (SO) before you begin the course of fire.

Stage 1: Zig Zag (18 rounds Vickers Count)
Scenario: Just shoot it.
Stage Procedure: Start at Position 1. (Marked as 1 on floor). On signal engage T8-T10 with 2 rounds each in tactical sequence (1-1-2-1-1) while moving to XPOS1. From XPOS1 engage T2-T4 in tactical priority (slicing the pie) from either side of the barrel. NOTE: Target order will differ depending on what side of the barrel you engage the targets. Move to XPOS2 and engage T5-T7 with 2 rounds each (slicing the pie).

Stage 2: 18 yard standards (18 rounds Limited Vickers Count)
Scenario: Hit the targets.
Stage Procedure: String 1 (10 yards): Start at position 2.1 loaded with 6 rounds only. (This is marked on the wall as the 15 yard line.) On signal, engage T11-T13 with two rounds each (2-2-2), perform a slide lock reload and reengage T11-T13 with two rounds each STRONG HAND ONLY.
String 2 (18 Yards): Start at position 2.2 (marked as the 7 yard line). On signal engage T11-T13 with 2 rounds each in tactical sequence (1-1-2-1-1).

Stage 3: Duck and Cover (16 rounds Vickers Count)
Scenario: You are working at a warehouse when you realize the delivery man is a thug meaning to do you harm. Deal with him while moving to cover, as the rest of his gang are coming to get you.
Stage Procedure: Start at position 3, arms distance from T1. On signal draw and engage T1 with 4 rounds while retreating to cover at XPOS1. From XPOS1, engage T2-T7 with two rounds each through port in barrels.

Stage 4: No way out. (18 rounds Vickers Count)
Scenario: You are walking down a hallway when you are attacked. As you retreat you meet more thugs in the next hallway.
Stage Procedure: Start at position 4 (marked on the ground with a 3). On signal, engage T8-T10 with 3 rounds each in tactical sequence (1-1-3-2-2) while retreating to XPOS2. From XPOS2 engage T11-T13 in tactical priority with 3 rounds each.
