This class is recommended for men and women who possess or who are considering purchasing snubnose
revolvers for self defense. In trained hands these little pocket pals may be salvation. In untrained hands they can
be suicide, All assets & liabilities of self defense snubbies have been carefully evaluated for class presentation.
This class covers all environmental self defense aspects, personal carry, residential, commercial and vehicular,
recommended carry modes holstered and pocket, caliber and self defense ammunition selections and the judicious use of lethal
force in response to immenient deadly peril, including how to summon and interact with law enforcement, how to
conduct yourself during post shooting aftermath, what to say, how to say it and what not to say. Shooting techniques
will be two hand, strong & weak hand from contact distance through seven yds. employing sighted, point and sighted and
point shooting in combination in response to single and multiple threat, engagement precedence, "shoot & scoot," breaking
the line of force, ammo conservation and proper speedloader employment. Laser sights in untrained hands are useless.
All students will be given the opportunity to dry and live fire a laser sighted snubbie. Lasers are more often than not,
high tech CRUTCHOLOGY - less training, a curse - with proper training - a blessing. Force on force mano y mano will include
weapon retention and snubbie defense when attacked by truncheon and edged weapons and firearms. This class will be kept
